我如何到达提车站点?
如果你乘飞机或开车到我们的租车站点,摆渡车可在指定区域内安排接送。对于指定区域以外,您需要自行安排交通方式。请注意:从Mayfire酒店(LAD)和 Bijou酒店的摆渡车车收取费用15美金/人。

我需要带什么文件?
(1) 有效的本国驾照。在租赁期间,本国驾照必须是有效期内。附加驾驶员需在提车站点出示有效的本国驾照。
(2) 带有保单号码的保险证明。如果保险公司需要,提供一个单独驾车人的保单。对于柴油推进车来说,需要这一项。确认覆盖范围是主驾人的责任。

什么年龄可以租用房车?
租赁房车的驾驶员需满21岁。在某些州,最小租赁年龄为25岁,请和当地租车站点确认。

我可以在合同中添加附加驾驶员吗?
可以。在办理提车手续时,附加驾驶员必须出现在租车现场并携带租车合同期内有效的本国驾照和国际驾照或中国驾照翻译公证件。有些地区可能会收取额外的费用。

需要缴纳什么样类型保证金?

我在什么时间可以提车?

租车地点可以存储行李吗?
可以。在一些站点是可以存储行李的。然而,为了提车和还车方便,我们建议客户把行李存在他们的车上。柔软可折叠的袋子最适合在车辆上存储行李。

我的房车可以停车吗?
Y是的。有些地区收取5美元/晚的费用。并不是每个地区都可以停车,所以请提前致电咨询。如果自己停车,将自己承担风险。

宠物可以带上房车吗?
可以。宠物可以带上我们的房车。带宠物上车是免费的,但是如果因此造成的的不干净的情况,还车时需缴纳清理费。

什么时间我必须还车?
还车时间为8点到11点之间。没有提前做预授权,晚还车将受到惩罚。如需站点的摆渡车服务,晚于11点还车,不提供此项服务。

还房车时,灰色和黑色的水箱必须是空箱吗?
是的。如果没有排空水箱还车,将按当时费率对此服务收费。

还房车时,一定要加满油箱吗?
还车时,油箱需要和取车时有相同量的油。

How do I get to the rental location?
If you are flying into a Fly/Drive location to pick up one of our motorhomes for rent, transfers from designated areas can be arranged upon request. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from all other locations. Please note: transfers from the Mayfair Hotel (LAD) and the Bijou Hotel (SFD) are charged at $15 per person per direction.

What documents do I need to bring?
(1) Current drivers license. The license must not expire during the rental period. Any additional drivers to be added on the contract must have their current drivers license as well and must be present at pickup.
(2) Proof of insurance with policy number. Bring a separate rider if your insurance company requires one. A separate rider is required for the diesel pusher model. It is the renters responsibility to confirm coverage.
(3) A major credit card with sufficient available credit.
(4) If you are a AAA Member, you must have yours or your spouse's AAA card with you at the time of pickup to receive the AAA discount.
(5) If you are an International customer, please bring your Passport.
How old do I need to be to rent a motorhome?
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a motorhome. In some states, the minimum age is 25. Ask the reservations agent to be sure.

Can I add additional drivers to the rental contract?
Yes, however they must be present at the time of pickup and have a valid drivers license that will not expire during the length of the motorhome rental contract. Additional fee may apply at some locations.

What kind of security deposit is required?
The security deposit for recreational vehicle rentals is $1,000 ($2,000 for Luxury Class, $5,000 for Diesel Pusher) hold on a major credit card.

When can I pick up the vehicle?
Vehicle pick up is between 13:00 and 16:00 depending on vehicle readiness. Please allow 1-2 hours for pick up procedures.

Do I need to schedule a pick up time?
Yes. You must call between 8:30am and 9:30am the day of pickup and schedule a vehicle pickup time even if no El Monte RV transfer is required.

Is luggage storage available at the location?
Luggage storage is available on a limited basis at fly/drive locations. However, to facilitate the pick up and drop off procedures, we recommend that the clients store luggage in their vehicle. Soft-sided or collapsible bags are the best for storage in the vehicle.

Is parking available for my vehicle?
Yes, at selected locations for $5 per night. Not every location has overnight parking for customers available, so please call in advance to check. If you choose to leave your vehicle, it is at your own risk.

What kind of instruction will I be given about the vehicles, their appliances, and how to use them?
You will receive a full orientation of the motorhome, including client's maintenance use and responsibility. Orientation consists of a video in English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish introducing general concepts of motorhome use as well as a personal instructional walk around of motorhome by a qualified instructor. Operator manuals are provided for clients to take with them in English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, and Spanish.

Are grocery and other facilities available near the rental station?
Our location staff will be happy to provide you with this information.

Are pets allowed in the motorhomes?
Yes, pets are allowed in our motorhomes. There is no charge to bring your pet, however, a cleaning fee may be applied at return if the motorhome is brought back in unclean condition because of the pet.

Return:

When must I return the vehicle?
Vehicle return time is between 08:00 and 11:00. Penalties are charged for late returns without prior authorization. If transfer is required at fly/drive locations, no transfer will be provided if you return past 11:00.

Do I have to return the motorhome with the gray and black water tanks empty?
Yes. If you are unable to do so, you will be charged the then-current rate for this service.

Do I have to return the motorhome with a full gas tank?
You must return the motorhome with the same level of gasoline that it had when you picked it up. Normally, the motorhome is "topped off" before it leaves, so when it returns, we will top it off again.
